• Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipping

Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas in Asia and other specified locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Delivery

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. White Fox Shop is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging
• You must include the completed return form with your package

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items without original tags attached
• Products that show signs of wear or washing
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)

Return Process

To return or exchange an item:

2. Complete the return form and include it with your package
3. Securely pack the items in their original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Funds are refunded to your original payment method
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs

International Returns

International returns follow the same process. Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
