Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas in Asia and other specified locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We believe your California-inspired activewear should fit perfectly and make you feel amazing. If something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free returns process is designed with our Fox Family in mind.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality of our seamless sets and cargo pants.
Important Note: All items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Step 3: Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, including the completed return form.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Funds will be refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Exchange Shipping: We cover standard shipping for exchanges
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality and hygiene of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items without original tags attached
- Products that show signs of wear or washing
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
International Returns
As we serve customers worldwide (excluding only a few remote areas), international returns follow the same process. Please note that return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
